About Me

The process of finding a therapist can feel overwhelming at times. I invite you to briefly pause, take a breath, and bring some awareness into the sensations of your body in this moment. What do you notice? Are there particular thoughts, feelings, urges present? Perhaps you notice some hope or frustration, tension or ease. Seeing if you can allow some space for whatever may be coming into awareness to simply be as it is, observing it with some curiosity and compassion. When you feel ready, re-connecting to what brought you here, to this page, and to this moment.

As a therapist, I find profound value in contemplative practice and am drawn to healing modalities that honor the connection between mind, body, spirit, and planet. Growing up in multiple countries, I also recognize the important impact larger social and environmental contexts have on individual wellbeing. My approach is warm, strengths-based, collaborative, and tailored for each individual, couple and group.

I welcome you to reach out and set up a free phone consultation with me to see if I might be a good fit to accompany you in your journey towards healing and creating the intentional and flourishing life of your choosing.
