Human-Centered Psychotherapy for Relational and Somatic Resilience

Welcome! I am Teresa Yeh, a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting people across the lifespan from diverse communities.

What is therapy with me like?

Therapy with me is, above all, a human conversation. We pay attention not only to what you say, but also to what happens in your body, your emotions, and our interaction in real time. I believe everyone deserves a space where we can feel deeply seen and safely held, as well as a partner who isn't afraid to point out the blindspots that keep us stuck.

My approach is relational, compassionate, and active. I balance holding a safe, reflective, and at times gently challenging space, with practical tools and experiential practices to support both inner insight and concrete change.

Who I Work With

Many people today may feel like they’ve tried everything: self-reflection apps, journaling prompts, AI chats, books, podcasts, even therapy before. You may understand yourself intellectually but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to change longstanding patterns, especially when it matters most in your relationships or under stress.

Therapy with me isn’t only about making sense of your internal world, it’s about applying insight in ways that lead to transformation through human connection, embodied experience, and real-world change.

I work best with individuals and couples who are motivated and ready to move beyond insight into lived change. This may take the form of a short-term deep dive or a longer-term therapeutic partnership. Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or navigating a ‘dark night of the soul’, I offer a space for profound hope and action-oriented transformation.

I also understand the complex balance many people face as they care for the needs of others while navigating their own path toward a larger and more aligned life. Whether you are a mission-driven healthcare professional, community organizer, or academic; a student finding your path and place in the larger world; or a family caregiver providing the essential supports that hold a life and a home together, I have a particular passion for supporting those who feel called to leave their corner of the world just a little better than they found it.
